The LÍNEA M coupling features a "doble corona" (double crown) design that enables free axial movement with minimal friction during operation. The product incorporates molded nylon sleeves that deliver high torsional rigidity and low return characteristics while eliminating internal friction losses and heat generation. Its nylon and steel components can operate continuously at temperatures up to 100°C, with capability to withstand peaks of 140°C. The nylon sleeves resist dust, moisture, various chemicals, and petroleum derivatives, requiring no lubrication maintenance, seals, or retainers. The coupling offers a compact, lightweight design for high torque applications with low inertia and minimal shaft separation during installation. It features a precision-molded concentric joint and hubs suitable for high-speed applications, with no external fasteners or protrusions that could compromise balance or safety. The smooth exterior surface and sliding components enable invisible mounting while allowing easy inspection and adjustment without disassembly.
